What started as a simple idea to capture some behind-the-build footage of CHEXX quickly turned into something much bigger. This video became an opportunity to showcase ICE, our people, our process, and the craftsmanship that goes into everything we build.
The project began over the summer of 2025 when a videographer named Isaac Goeckeritz reached out asking if he could come in and capture some footage for ICE. Over the following weeks, talking through ideas, and ICE had the chance to review several of his past projects. As we continued talking, it became clear that Isaac is a genuine fan of the arcade and retro gaming industry, with a real appreciation for what ICE has built over the years. That passion gave us confidence he could tell our story the right way.
During this time, Isaac and Nina Segarra from ICE Marketing were able to capture the complete build process from start to finish, offering a true behind-the-scenes look at how our games come together. This effort would not have been possible without the support of so many individuals across ICE. Thank you to everyone who took the time to walk them through their processes, allowed filming in their work areas, and helped them capture footage in the exact order our games are built. A special thank-you as well to Dimar, Kenny K, and the DKM team for allowing us to film at their locations.
Most importantly, thank you to Isaac for the incredible effort he put into this project. He spent two long days filming and then went on to edit the video and write the script entirely on his own, shaping everything into a story that truly reflects ICE.
This video is a great representation of who we are, what we do, and the pride that goes into building ICE games every day. We are so excited to share this with everyone!
