A: All games are keyed differently. You must replace your entire lock if you have misplaced your keys. The lock is our Part# 5014

Q: Why do players keep falling out of gear box when I spin them fast?
A: Check for broken or missing player lock washer (3008). Check gearbox (3012X) for wear.

Q: Can I replace my Chexx scoreboard with a new Super Chexx one?
A: No, but you can send it to I.C.E. for repair. The revision board on old style Chexx electronics is no longer manufactured, but we may be able to repair the board.

Q: What can I do to remove small scratches from my dome?
A: Using a buffer with Novus #2 polish (part # 090) may help remove many small scratches from domes.

Q: Will my SUPER CHEXX fit through a door less than 32"?
A: Yes- If the SPLIT BASE option is ordered with the game. The Split Base incorporates a hinged base that will unfold, allowing access through doorways less than 32".

Q: Why does my player rod move, but the gear in the gear box does not?
A: Check to see if the gear box (3012X) is stripped. It may need to be replaced.

Q: What can I do if my scoreboard registers a goal for both teams when a puck goes in the net?
A: Check the wiring on the boo buttons and make sure they are not crossed.

Q: Can I get USA-CANADA players for my super chexx?
A: Yes, those are listed with the other parts.

Q: Do you offer any "advertising decals" for the sideboards on a super chexx?
A: No, we have part #744 and 745 for the side decals.

Q: I have an Origional chexx ice surface …Can I still get a replacement one like that?
A: No, 3025X is the only style currently stocked.

Q: How can I ship a dome?
A: We use UPS & FEDEX and this will be an oversize 3 package and billed at 90 lbs. Typical ground freight is $100 to $150 depending on location. One Dome box can fit up to 2 domes.

A: Part # 6404 is the bolt and 6067 is the washer.

Q: What is the hardware for the dome itself?
A: 6001 dome bolt and 3036 washer (10 each).

A: No, it is a T 40 allan security bit the bolts have been changed to non security.
