Q: What are the different height adjustments for my game?
A: There are three heights. 8 ft , 8 ft 6 in , and 9 ft. We recommend that you use the game at the highest setting if possible for the best game play.

Q: How many Hoop Fever machines can I link together?
A: The maximum number of machines is 14, with 2 bonus marquees.

Q: What do I need to replace my side and top netting?
A: You will ned 2 pieces of part # BT3009 to cover the top and both sides of the game.

Q: Why is the game not scoring?
A: Use a jumper wire between pins 12 (white) & 14 (black) on the P3 connecter of the main PCB. If the game scores then main PCB is good. If not then it is most likely a bad sensor (HF3004X). Also note that the red transmitter will light on the sensor, when properly aligned with the receiver. Furthermore, the spotlight is used to stabilize the infrared sensor.

Q: What is the plastic part that goes over the light in the ball channel?
A: Part number AR3008, light diffuser.

Q: What part is opposite ball gate motor that holds the ball gate in place?
A: BB3018 is the ball gate bearing (the ball gate slides into). BB3017, bearing mounting plate (holds the ball gate bearing in place).

Q: What is the part # that holds the mesh cage together at the top of Hoop Fever?
A: The part # is HF1056-P100, connecting pipe.

Q: Which score (basket) sensor does my game use?
A: Prior to August 2007 HF games were built with the HF3004X (2 green boards). After August 2007 the HF was built using the NB3004X (black sensor). We stock both styles at ICE.
