Q: How can I test my solenoids for the sharks to pop up?
A: Press the PROGRAM & RESET buttons (located inside the coin door) at the same time. This will put the game into TEST mode.

Q: Why won't the shark score?
A: Check the reflective cap on the end of the shaft assembly. If it doesn't appear to be reflective, replace the shaft cap. Otherwise the shark opto sensor should be replaced.

Q: What part # is the reflective tape for the shark head shaft?
A: WA3006 (ALIEN SHAFT CAP) is now reflective and the tape is not needed.
