Q: Were can I get refills for the cards?
A: The cards are supplied by SPT Distribution.  SPT also supplies the ink refills and cleaning kits.

Q: WHY ARE MY CARDS PRINTING SO LIGHT?
A: THE PRINTER IS FINE, THE CARDS USED TO BE PRINTED ON ARE TOO THIN, CALL SPT FOR NEW CARDS.

Q: Can ICE repair my card printer?
A: ICE does not repair printers, we do carry replacement card holders for them part number EC2004 - BLUE and EC2006 - RED.  Try contacting SPT they may be able to be of more service.
