We have a Cyclone game here at our location in Denver, Colorado. It has been having problems for a few weeks. I called and talked to a gentleman named JP. He was great help. Got my game up running and making money in no time at all. I just want to say thank you to JP. Great Help!

Hey guys,
See the attached file. Congrats!...you'd think we're pumping ICE and only ICE in this location. I won't say the location, but I think you can take a guess. Note 13 out of the top 25 were ICE games.
And the collection on the Monopoly the week before, 7/5-7/12 was $6100. Incredible!
Keep up the good work.
How about Monopoly's...I think we need to get some rolling ASAP!

Hey Greg,

You know how I feel about the Jewelry Crane...
We operate over 100 plush cranes, but week in and week out the ICE Jewelry crane makes real money with dead on percentages. We use high quality watches, and box sets. We recommend this machine to any operator looking to add income to a location without taking away from Plush cranes, or other prize games.
Air Hockey had always been headache to our route guys. The old machines we used constantly jammed the puck door, scoring switches broke, and the push chute would jam. Then we tried a Fast Track, what a difference. The machine works without jams. We charge a $1.00 per play and Fast Track and Razor are always in the top 3 games in every sports center and bowling alley we have. The sound effects are also a nice addition.
Greg, in closing, it is really been a pleasure to have both those games on my route.

I recently bought a Super Chexx Bubble Hockey game for my family. I work for a coin and currency counting manufacturing company and am very impressed with the level of quality designed into the unit. It is very sturdy and is capable of handling the abuse that my seven and thirteen year old sons and their friends dish out on almost a daily basis. My kids can beat me in just about every video game they have, but I am the reigning champion of Bubble Hockey in our household. Thanks.

I have a Super Chexx bubble hockey game and I am convinced it it the very best game ever manufactured. I really like the Rick J play by play and the ever popular boo button. I would not have won the National bubble hockey championship on any other game!

I just recently bought a Johnny Nero Action Hero for my Home Gameroom and the game rocks. With the cool gameplay and awesome soundtrack plus the added bonus feature to play with Guns of Fury is totally awesome. I am a youth pastor and we purchased a SuperChexx dome hockey. This has become the center of some of our meetings. Kid's are linning up to get a chance to play, it has become the topic of conversations and a real draw. We enjoy the chexx game even over the video games because it is interactive. We love this game!

Super Chexx
Recently I came across a Super Chexx game whlie at an arcade with my son. I did my best to contain all of the excitement and emotion it brought back to me.
While in college in upstate New York during the cold and long winters studying away, I would find relief in the Bubble hockey game at the student Union.
I got good at it and perfected my winger to center pass for goal. Enough to beat my friends who I lost to playing pool.
I cooly suggested playing Super Chexx to my son who had never played it before. To my amazement, I still had the moves, and my son was duly impressed. It has become his latest obsession to try and get a game off the old man.
I now have to get one in our home to save us all the trips to the arcade.

Sure I love the mighty mini.
Mighty Mini has provided us a machine that works well with the younger customer. The small footprint, and lower playing vantage helps us market this machine in family restaurants. The diversity of prizes really is exciting, and unique as we constantly strive to vend new items with greater perceived value. The dinosaur mix is really special in that it lends well to all ages. We installed Mighty Mini into a location next to a plush crane, and found over $200 of incremental revenue. We also installed Action Hero and have been surprised at the steady revenue this game has produced in the same location. Greg, thank you for the continued support. Just an FYI we had a jewelry box earn over $800 this week in one of our family restaurants, just keeps getting better, "Bling Bling" is very hot for us.

After 20+ years of wishing for my own Super Chexx game, I finally acquired one for my gameroom this past fall. It was well worth the wait. Thanks to your service staff, we resolved a few startup issues.
Now, with the NHL season canceled, Super Chexx has become the game of choice on Saturday night! And thankfully, Rick Jeanneret is still part of the action.

I purchased a SUPERCHEXX Hockey game in the spring of 1998. As a hockey fan, this was the main piece that I wanted to build my game room around. (or as my wife calls it "the boy's room"). It has been everything I could have hoped for and more. It never ceases to amaze visitors when they see it for the first time. They would admit that when they heard I had a Bubble Hockey game, they thought it was one of the lesser imitation models or even one of the old table top versions. They "ooh and ahh" over it and recount stories of how they played the game while growing up. Children are drawn to it and are thrilled they are allowed to play it all they want because it is virtually indestructible.
The shape and colors of the players, the way the rods slide smoothly and the players move and spin gracefully, all combine to make it a classic piece of modern game room art. It doesn't even need to be plugged in to be appreciated. It has seen 8 years of use; from friendly tournaments, family get-togethers, to being the hit of crowded parties, and has never had a technical problem. This machine was built to last.

I Have 3 Ice ball machines, Hammer head and a cyclone and have not had one problem yet! In my opion Ice makes the highest quality redeption games on the market. This year I ordered a Dukin Alien and Wheel of Fortune Double coin pusher without hesitation!!!

In 2004 I bought an original Super Chexx game (blue base) from a local arcade shop - it had over 40,000 games on the counter! And the thing still plays great! I enjoyed it so much I bought another one earlier this year. We run a local bubble hockey league at my house using the tables, and of course whenever I have non-league people over the tables are the center of attention. I've installed new ice surfaces and other cosmetic improvements, and the games look almost good as new. Thanks ICE for reviving part of my childhood - I played Super Chexx in the early 80's when it first came out, and am still playing today. Thanks again for a great game.

Dear ICE,
Well you have done it again with another great game in “ ice ball” alleys! The colors are extremely attractive, the sound system is fantastic and with the dollar bill acceptor you have gone over the top! We already ( only preseason) have seen the gross increase over the other alley we re-placed!! Also the progressive sign is great and is a must have – I believe it also adds a lot to the gross.
I have been in the amusement business industry for 50 years; and these alleys just add to the list of your already top grossing games like Cyclone, Wheel of Fortune , Wheel of Fortune Pusher and now ICEBALLS!!!

Greg, Mighty Mini is an excellent addition to any location that draws a strong family crowd. The low profile and flexible product mix combined with interesting and unique game play encourages kids to play over and over again. The product mix is readily available and it is easy to control the cost of goods. We have seen consistant earnings of $500 to $650 per week. A definate winner !
